This dish is so creamy and cheesy that it is sure to be a big hit at your next brunch or potluck! I especially like the bites with a little of the golden crispy crust from the top! It's the best part. This recipe makes a rather large amount as a side dish, but not to worry, since the leftovers reheat nicely to make a very satisfying quick lunch the next day! I really like the swiss cheese in them!
