One thing about being in New York in the winter, you never hesitate to light up the oven. This dish is perfect. It can be cooked in the oven and you have a meal for a few days. Pork chops are always at a good choice at my local markets. Add the rice and the rest of the ingredients and I am all set. It looks delicious and easy to make. Thank you.
