Not-So-Dirty Dirty Rice

For a taste of New Orleans cuisine, put down that store-bought mix and cook up some Not-So-Dirty Dirty Rice instead. This dirty rice recipe is different in that traditional versions have chicken livers and gizzards (hence, the "dirty" part). However, the rice is just as flavorful without it.
