Thank you for including instructions about how to use this dish the next day and how to prepare it for cooking. I love this idea because you can make a new dish out of plain sloppy joes and everyone will go crazy. I have been in the mood for cheese-stuffed ravioli, and I think this will scratch that itch just fine. I love how fancy it seems!

I have been looking for recipes for my very picky fianc. He doesn't like many things, so it proves a bit difficult sometimes. He also works out of town and recently has been purchasing frozen dinners that he heats up for his meals. I thought if I made a large casserole and froze portions, it would be like his own personalized t dinners - I will definitely try this one as it looks like something he would eat!
