I was not able to pull up the link for dish, but it sounds delicious. If it were me, I would add some fresh peppers and onions to the mix unless you use a can to make this a faster dinner idea for busy nights. Do you use the Jiffy mix for this idea or make a homemade cornbread? I think the Jiffy mixes work well, especially when you are in a hurry.

I googled the recipe, and actually found it again on her website. I think she may have just redone it since now it's a "bake" vs a "casserole." https//www.bunsinmyoven.com/2015/03/08/sloppy-joe- == cornbread-bake/
