I love recipes like this that you can make faster and easier than the original because sometimes you just don't have enough time to spend hours prepping for dinner. I work and homeschool my kids, so this recipe is perfect. I think I will add a jar of sauerkraut to this recipe because we always use sauerkraut in our cabbage rolls and inside out cabbage rolls. We also use half sausage. This one is going on my favorites list.

It looks like a good recipe, I like cabbage and tomato sauce and ground beef, but where does the "roll" come in? I didn't see anything rolled. Oh! It is taken from a cabbage roll recipe but you omit the tedious rolling part and just make a casserole! I get it!
