Spaghetti is one of those dishes that shows up on the menu when you have no other ideas about what to make. I like it, but it is not my favorite. I think I may find a new love for it with your recipe though because you used the Monteray jack cheese. I like the option of using the ground beef or sausage, but I like to use half of each to give it a little Italian zing without being too much spice that it overpowers the recipe.
