This is a unique combination. Most of the casseroles you come across tend to have similar ingredients. I like how this one uses peppers and onions as well as a tomato and cream ingredient with the soup. I think this will go good on a cool fall night with some fresh steamed green veggies or a salad. What do you serve with yours when you make this dish?
