Wind and Willow makes delicious soup mixes that are tasty and incredibly simple to make. The single serving soup mixes just require hot water; that's it! The soups come in a variety of types like Homestyle Potato and Broccoli Cheddar.
I had the opportunity to sample four of the Wind and Willow Soup Mixes: Homestyle Potato, Broccoli Cheddar, Tortilla con Queso, and Grilled Cheese & Tomato. They make a wide array of soup mixes including creamy and broth based soups.
I was shocked by how creamy the soups tasted and how thick they were with just hot water added. My favorite was the Tortilla con Queso; it had zest, bold flavor, and a creamy texture. The amount of soup per packet was perfect for one person. I would enjoy these either for lunch or dinner.
These mixes are a camping enthusiast's dream. Since you only need hot water, they can be made just about anywhere! They are perfect to keep at your work desk for when hunger strikes. I think they are also great for packing in kid's lunches or taking on a trip. You never know when hunger will strike, and these Wind and Willow Soup Mixes will fill you up.

I tried the broccoli cheese soup and liked it for the most part. It was creamier than I had thought it would be, especially considering it calls for water and not milk. I did think the mix was slightly too salty and the mix didn't dissolve completely. I came across a clump of mix and it was quite the experience. However, for an easy-to-make soup, this was pretty good. I'll definitely be trying the others.
