Plantain Lasagna
If you've never made any recipes for plantains before, now is the time. Layers of mashed plantains, ground beef, and cheese make up this Dominican main dish. Don't let the plantains scare you it's easier to make than you think, and this relative of the banana can be found in many grocery stores, so you won't have to search all over for it. Thank you to everyone who participated in this No Name Recipe Contest. As you can see, we decided to call it Plantain Lasagna.
