I am ashamed to admit I don't know much about Israeli cuisine, but in all my years I have never seen an egg casserole but it looks super tasty! I love eggs as well and it's cool it can be served as a breakfast, lunch or dinner it makes the meal so versatile which is definitely always a plus!!
