- 10 ounces Nacho Cheese Dorito
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion
- 1 Green bell Pepper
- 1 cup Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Water
- 10 ounces Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Black beans
- 4 cups Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Red Bell pepper

Grease a 9×13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
