White Mocha Fudge Poke Cake
For something out of the ordinary, make this White Mocha Fudge Poke Cake. This easy cake recipe has flavors of chocolate fudge and espresso, all encompassed in a moist white cake. Together, these unique tastes come together for a perfect treat. Since this is a poke cake, it's much simpler to make than other cakes. Just bake the cake according to the cake mix directions, poke holes in the cake, and fill with instant chocolate pudding. For an extra boost, you add chocolate fudge frosting on top. This is decadent and rich - perfect for chocolate and coffee lovers everywhere.

Ingredients
- 1 box Duff Goldman® White Mocha Cake Mix (plus ingredients to prepare mix)
- 2 boxs chocolate fudge instant pudding
- 4 cups milk
- 1 can Duff Goldman® Ready-to-Serve Fudge Frosting

Prepare cake according to package directions in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. When cake is done, immediately poke uniform holes across the surface of the cake with the end of a wooden spoon. Be sure to poke holes all the way to the bottom of the cake.

Add milk to pudding and whisk until no lumps remain. Pour pudding on to cake, making sure that pudding goes into the holes. Spread evenly with a rubber spatula.

Allow to set in fridge for at least two hours. After it sets, microwave frosting in the can, uncovered, for approximately 20 seconds or until its warm and pourable. Do not overheat. Pour frosting over cake and spread evenly.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight until youre ready to serve. Sprinkle extra espresso powder from the cake mix onto the top of cake, if desired.
