Too Easy Fruit Cobbler
Cobblers make easy desserts because they're simple to make and are highly adaptable. Too Easy Fruit Cobbler is a great dessert to bring to a party or potluck because it makes a lot of servings. This particular recipe for cobbler isn't picky. Use whatever fruit your heart desires; frozen or fresh - it doesn't matter. Make a peach cobbler in the summer and a blackberry cobbler in the winter. And remember to serve each piece with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the complete experience.

Where do you buy turbinado sugar? I have never heard of it before now. I think this cobbler sounds delicious. It reminds me of the times when my grandmother would ask me to get the ingredients and she would mix up a cobbler and I would put it in the oven for her. It was always a favorite dessert for the family on Sundays.

Hi SissieSass, turbinado sugar can usually be found in the baking aisle - it is a course sugar that has a light tan color. If you can't find it, brown sugar would be a fine substitute. - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeCasseroleRecipes
