This recipe is so versatile, since it can be enjoyed warm or cold. It would be a great thing to bring to a social function or potluck. The sour cream and buttermilk give a nice tanginess to the batter, which really does taste like pancakes. It is sweet enough as it is, but if you really have a sweet tooth, pure maple syrup would be just heavenly drizzled over it.

I love blueberry anything!!! I'm not kidding because that's how i was raised so if i run out of those purpleishblue little round things known as blueberries then if i can't find fresh ones then i will find some frozen ones Which either way are extremely delicious and all around just Yummy !! They are good for smoothies and of course pancakes!! Not to mention the muffins they are a must have in the summer months of July & Aug. well then i have to make some blueberry muffins or a blueberry coffee cake which I Love Just As Much As The Muffins!!!!
