I made this & it had been refrigerated for 2 days & still turned out good. I would use more muffins, bacon & buy some kind of milk, but all in all I would make it again. Good recipe but not for someone on dialysis, we have to slurge every now & then. Thanks for the recipe.!!!!

I made this without any milk because of dialysis & also cut it in half because I live by myself & I have to watch my sodium & Phosphate so I didn't use much Canadian Bacon either nor cheese.

I have this made & in the frig. since yesterday but I didn't use any milk because of my dialysis & wonder how long can it stay in a refrigerator & not spoil, I also have it covered with foil tightly & will not be able to cook it until tomorrow, is that OK? Thanks

Raw eggs would taste best within four days of preparation. You can also freeze this for up to six months or so. Please let us know how your casserole turns out! Thanks for commenting.
