This Slow Cooker Tortellini and Mini Meatballs is a cute slow cooker casserole that's easy to make. This is one of the recipes with meatballs that are homemade. They make up the base of this casserole where jarred pasta sauce and tortellini noodles are then layered on top of these mini meatballs. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top and you've got yourself a delicious pasta dinner. This would be good to make on a weekend where you can stick everything in the slow cooker and relax until you're ready to eat.

One more reason to love your slow cooker. This easy little recipe delivers great flavor with very little effort, a perfect combination. I love that the meatballs are home made, again with a simple recipe. Tortellini is one of my favorite pastas, so this Slow Cooker Tortellini and Mini Meatballs recipe was just what I needed for dinner tonight.
