Zucchini Spaghetti Pie

Zucchini can make a home in practically any dish. Add some zucchini to a recipe for pasta and you have a great meal on your hands. Zucchini Spaghetti Pie is a great example. It's a mixture of spaghetti, ricotta cheese, homemade or store-bought marinara sauce, and roasted zucchini. It sure is tasty. Make sure you roast the zucchini because you get more flavor that way.
