This would make a great dish to take to a pot luck. I'm thinking about also trying it and substituting tortilla chips for the tortillas. That would go over big at our house anyway. Has anyone else tried that? This would also be a good way to use any leftover chili that you might have instead of using the canned chili. I'm definitely going to take this to the church Superbowl party.

The buns on the bottom are VERY soggy! No one at my house likes this casserole. Maybe if the buns were toasted, broken up and scattered over the top with the cheese melted over the top of them, it would have been better.
