"I have a love/hate relationship with stuffed shells. I love cheese but ricotta cheese is probably 7th on my cheese list. With that being said, I like to use a lot of other potent ingredients. I like to use a very well seasoned sauce (vodka sauce). And I love throwing in lots of parmesan, mozzarella, basil, spinach, and granulated garlic. I absolutely love this recipe. Super flavorful and easy. I hope you guys enjoy these vodka stuffed shells as much as my 4-year-old cousin and I do."
