I love to keep a bag of frozen prepared ravioli in my freezer - they are so versatile, rather inexpensive, and make prepping a meal a breeze. I like the cheese variety for creamy dishes, and the meat variety for tomato sauce based dishes. If you are in a seafood mood, frozen shelled raw shrimp would be wonderful in place of the chicken, and it even saves another step!
