It might just be our oven but we found that this dish required quite a bit longer baking than the 25mins recommended. Anyway, that aside, we added some chopped fresh chili and garlic for flavor and, of course, salt and pepper. The dish was nice but, honestly, no great fireworks.

This looks really tasty. I'd like to try this with adding some Italian sausage to the pasta and then adding the pepperoni on top. I think a bit of diced green pepper and onion added to this would also help make it more flavorful. I'm normally more of a fan of the Prego sauces rather than Ragu, but if Ragu is making a chunkier style ala Prego, I'll definitely give it a try. This is going in the quick dinner file for sure.
