When we first made this, we were out of Bisquick but did have some wampum rolls on hand. (Go to the recipe for the explanation of wampum rolls...it's cute). We sprinkled the oregano and Parmesan on the rolls prior to baking and they turned out well. The dish really is similar to a deep dish Sicilian pizza and it's nice and fast to make up. When browning the beef, we normally also add some minced garlic and onion to it.
