I love how this sounds like comfort food in one dish because I am looking for ideas like this that are different. I want to make an entire list of these recipes and use them throughout the year, but mainly I want them for the winter and fall months when the temperatures are colder. I think this sounds very filling and inexpensive to make. We love using Rotel and Velveeta in our queso dishes, so I can just imagine how good this will taste.
