Cheesesteak Casserole
If you're craving some Philly cheesesteak, but you're trying to find a more affordable option than eating it at a restaurant, try making this easy Cheesesteak Casserole. The combination of gooey, melted Velveeta with seasoned ground beef, fresh green peppers and macaroni is mouth-watering. This recipe doesn't require many ingredients, which will save you lots of time and money. It has the same rich, savory flavor that you'd find in a restaurant's cheesesteak, but it just doesn't cost as much. How could you possibly say no to that?

Wow, this recipe has very few ingredients, but the ones that are there pack a punch. I love the idea. Have you ever used provolone or mozzarella cheese instead of the Velveeta? I may use the white Velveeta instead since most of these sandwiches are served with the white cheese. I can't wait to make this recipe because it is a new take on pasta bakes.
