Yummy! We love cabbage rolls in my house, and this is just a simpler take on that delicious meal. I cannot wait to make this version so it will be something we can have on a school night without taking up as much time as the traditional dish. Have you ever used half sausage in your recipe? We like to use half hot sausage and half beef along with a jar of sauerkraut. I have no idea where that idea started in our family, but it is delicious!
