Silverstone Cake & Casserole Pan Review

The Silverstone Cake & Casserole Pan is the perfect vessel for all of your baked goods. The bright, nonstick pan comes complete with a lid to keep your food easy to transport and ready to serve. 



I love baking, but it can be very frustrating to make a delicious cake only to have it stick to the pan. That is why I am obsessed with the nonstick material used to make this pan. The ceramic material is extremely durable when coupled with the nonstick coating. After baking brownies, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to remove them from the pan thanks to the nonstick material. 



This pan is not just great to use for baking, it is also ideal for making your favorite casserole recipes. The pan can withstand heat as high as 500 degrees F so you can finish your dishes with a broiled cheese topping, a favorite of mine. I especially likes using this pan to make my favorite chicken enchilada recipe. 



The addition of a lid makes this pan standout from others. I like to use it when bringing hot dishes to a potluck, but it also works well to keep baking goods contained while you bring them to the office or save them for the next day.
