Silpat makes some of our favorite non-stick bakeware and the Entremet Non-Stick Baking Pan is a great addition to their innovative line of products. The 10”x13-3/4”-sized silicone pan fits onto any standard sized baking pan or sheet. This great baking pan allows you to cook your favorite sides and casseroles without having to scrap away at the pan after dinner!
 

One of my go-to side dishes is a cheesy potato casserole, but every time I make it, the mess is almost too much to deal with. Using just a normal baking pan leads to burned bits and cheesy excess glued to the pan. This is why I love this Silpat Entremet so much. Everything just rinses off of it and you just need to wipe down the baking pan beneath it. There is 95% less clean-up involved; hooray!

I do wish the pan was slightly larger so that it could optimize the full space of a standard-sized baking pan. This may, however, be a benefit to some, since baking pans and sheets come in a range of sizes.

Because none of your casseroles will stick to this pan, you also won't lose any bites of your food. I know when I make something tasty, I want every last bite. The Silpat Entremet is great for all casserole and food lovers!
