As our world becomes more environmentally-conscious, it's nice to see some eco-friendly products for the kitchen. Architec's Purelast Measuring Cups and Mixing Bowls are 80% natural, made from recycled bamboo, extra durable, and stain resistant. They are quality products that would be a great addition to your kitchen.
The first thing I noticed about Architec's Purelast Measuring Cups was how colorful they are. They span the colors of the rainbow, so they'll brighten up any kitchen. The second thing I noticed was their weight. They're fairly heavy when you pick them up, which helped sell me on their durability. Things can get rough in the kitchen sometimes, so it's nice to know these cups can take a beating if it comes to that. They're not microwavable, but I can't think of a time I've ever microwaved a dry measuring cup, so that's not a problem. What's more important is if they're dishwasher-safe, and I'm happy to say they are. These are some great measuring cups.
Architec's Purelast Mixing Bowls come in three different sizes - 2, 3, and 4 quarts - and are just as sturdy as the cups. The biggest bowl is sufficient for mixing cake batter and the smallest bowl is useful when mixing fewer ingredients, such as flour and baking soda. The bowls are also dishwasher-safe, which is always a plus in my book.
I am very happy with these products and I think you will be, too. They're a great way to incorporate eco-friendly products into your kitchen.
