We really enjoyed this dish but we cooked the chicken IN THE SPICES. I just don't get why you would want to use a rotisserie chicken?? Rotisserie chicken usually has barbecue flavor which is not at all compatible with this recipe!. Anyway that's my rant done now. Cook your own chicken and you will enjoy this recipe.
