I haven't had the Chili Cheese Corn Chips in ages, but this recipe makes me want to run out and grab a couple of bags so I can make this up. I love cheesy casseroles like this that use tortilla or corn chips, and I think the use of the chili cheese chips gives this a nice taste. I like the idea of being able to use a number of toppings. I'd definitely use some sliced jalapenos and some salsa, along with a bit of guacamole.
