What a wonderfully hearty Christmas casserole to find just in time to plan for Christmas Day. I know if I don't have something planned ahead of time, I end up eating a bunch of Christmas cookies for breakfast and end up with a sugar crash headache! I can't wait to make this easy casserole in two weeks..,
