This is a really nice cake for the holidays, though I think I'd skip the dissection of the Oreos and just use a chocolate graham cracker crust. When this recipe was published, I don't think the mint Oreos were available, and I could see crushing those into a crust for use with this filling. It's a very festive dessert and a very quick one to whip up, especially if you just use a prepared crust.
