Samoas are my second favorite type of Girl Scout cookies, number one being Thin Mints, so this is something I definitely want to try.

I don't know of anyone that does not like Samoas. I can think of a ton of people that would love this recipe, so I may just prepare a small cookbook with a few special recipes like this one to give out as gifts for Christmas this year along with making a couple for my dinner.
