Salted Maple Pecan Pie Bars
After testing and testing different versions of pecan pie bar recipes, one blogger has created the perfect recipe. Salted Maple Pecan Pie Bars have a slightly under-baked, buttery pie crust that tastes almost like cookie dough. The filling is a mixture of brown sugar, maple syrup, and pecans that will only form a thin layer on the crust. When the bars are done, you need to chill them in the refrigerator overnight to ensure they are sticky, not gooey. It will be difficult to wait, but you must.

If you love pecan pie as much as I do, then you will most definitely Love these Salted Maple Pecan Pie Bars as much as I do. The recipe is so easy to make, and the bloggers tips are so helpful, you really can't go wrong with this one. The hardest part truly is waiting for it to set overnight in the fridge. I must admit. there was one time when I made it and my family and me ate it warm from the oven with vanilla ice cream, it was great.
