Oh my gosh! These look sooo good. I am ready to bake and bake if I get to eat some of these every time. I love the combination between the white and dark layers. Does it taste similar to oreo cookies or like a cookies and cream dessert? Those are my absolute favorite desserts.

These black and white cake bars look so creamy and decadent. I'm not usually a fan of white chocolate, but I feel like the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk will bring such a sweet, gooeyness to these bars that I won't be able to resist! Not to mention the devil's food cake layer at the bottom.. omg.
