How much do you mix up the ingredients by hand or with a hand mixer if you don't have a stand mixer? I love pumpkin and cream cheese together. My mom makes a pumpkin roll that sound similar to this recipe, so I know I am going to love these bars. I am not into the whole pumpkin spice stuff, but I do love this combination when fall comes around.
