I often use applesauce or fruit juice when I make cake instead of using the oil. Could I do this in this recipe, or should I stick to a healthy type of oil like corn or olive? I want to make it as healthy as I can. I love the addition of oatmeal and pretzels to give this dish a salty and sweet component. I love it!
