Can you add more cream cheese and still get the right consistency in this recipe? I would like to increase it instead of the confectioners sugar. My kids and I love to eat anything with cream cheese in it, but I am not sure that a 1/4 cup will give us the flavor we like.

Hi SissieSass, I think adding more cream cheese to the frosting would be fine. If it gets to thick, you could also add a little more milk to thin it out. I hope that helps! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeCasseroleRecipes
