Texas Style Blueberry Cobbler
Texas Style Blueberry Cobbler demonstrates that everything is truly bigger in Texas. This easy blueberry cobbler recipe is bursting with fresh, juicy blueberries. The thing that's different about this cobbler is that instead of a biscuit topping, this treat is encased in a savory, buttery batter. You'll eat every crumb of this cobbler, including the crispy edges. This homemade blueberry cobbler recipe uses fresh, seasonal fruit in a delicious way. You could even say this blueberry cobbler is healthy because it is packed with vitamin-rich berries. That doesn't mean you can't serve it with a big scoop of ice cream, though!

Many people love the combination of lemon and blueberry, but I love the fact that you used the lemon peel instead of the juice. I don't know why, but the flavor is just much better. Do you think it makes a huge difference? I agree with Kristin Elaine about putting a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream over the top. French vanilla is my favorite ice cream pick.

This looks really delicious. I love the crisp topping over the sweet blueberry filling. And I would totally put a scoop of ice cream on top!
