Can I use all purpose or self rising flour in this dish, or maybe do a half and half with the whole wheat flour? I love the taste, but my family hates wheat items, so I try to sneak a little in, but I have to mix it often to get them to eat a little healthier.

Hi SissisSass, you could use all purpose flour for this recipe, but not self-rising flour. - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeCasseroleRecipes
