This does taste just like the popular restaurant version, but at a fraction of the cost per serving when you make it at home! On adult video game night, we sometimes have "dips for dinner" where I toast up garlic toast using a couple different kinds of bread, and make 2 or 3 different dips to serve. It is always a crowd pleaser and requires minimal effort. Let the games begin!

I love spinach dip, but I've never actually made it before. I will have to give this one a try! I bet this would be good with pita chips or fresh vegetables, too.

Love, love spinach artichoke dip! It's pretty expensive at restaurants and I feel like they are pretty stingy with the amount they serve. I will definitely be making this. It's my son's favorite appetizer.
