The creamy combination of gruyere, fontina, and fresh parmesan cheese is amazing in this copycat recipe! They melts together beautifully to make the sauce. I like to toss the panko crumbs with a little extra parmesan an paprika before adding it at the end, for an extra pop of color. A great winter side dish!
