Ritzy Tuna Noodle Casserole
Ritzy Tuna Noodle Casserole is separated from other tuna noodle casseroles for a few reasons. First, instead of just peas, celery and mushrooms are thrown into the mix. Second, Ritz Crackers (potato chips and bread crumbs work, too) form a cheesy and crunchy crust on the top. Comfort food doesn't get much better than this.

I was thinking of making tuna noodle casserole and then this recipe came in my e-mail today. Made it and it is great. I did use corn flake crumbs drizzled with butter on top as I did not have Ritz crackers on hand. Much better then with the cream soups.
