I love a good tuna melt sandwich, so this casserole recipe is a nice change from the standard soup can tuna casserole I grew up on as a child. During the winter months, when store bought fresh tomatoes aren't that flavorful, I bet you could even use sundried tomatoes for this. I love the swiss cheese in the cream sauce paired with the tuna. It is a little bit different, but still very tasty.
