Rice-A-Roni was a staple in our household growing up. I still remember the jingle Rice-A-Roni The San Francisco Treat. After graduating from college, I still would have some boxes of it on hand for use in preparing some quick meals. This is a really nice and fast meal to prepare using items you almost definitely already have on hand. It's a great recipe to file away for use when time is of the essence.
