Ingredients
- 12 Lasagna Noodles
- 1 cup Green Onions
- 2 tablespoons Garlic
- 12 ounces Bay Scallops
- 1 pound Raw medium Shrimp
- 8 ounces Crab Meat
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 1 cup Clam Juice
- 1/2 cup Seafood Stock
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 cup Half and Half
- 3 cup Colby Jack Cheese
- 3 cup Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Fill a 13×9 pan with hot tap water. Place lasagna noodles in the water and allow to soak while you prepare the seafood and sauce. You may want to occasionally turn and move the noodles to ensure they are all getting soaked. You will not be cooking the noodles.
