Perogie Lasagna Casserole
Quick and oh-so-easy to make, this recipe for Perogie Lasagna Casserole is perfect for busy weeknights. This casserole recipe is a crowd-pleaser and uses only a few ingredients. It doesn't get much better than that!
From the blogger: "Here is a super quick and delicious casserole that involves the almighty PEROGIE! This is one of those recipe that uses a shortcut to create a tasty meal. Frozen perogies, pasta sauce — either homemade previously frozen or a jar of your favourite pasta sauce — and shredded cheese. Serve with a side of fresh salad. This dish comes together in a snap! I use my homemade bolognese sauce. You simply have to boil the perogies for 5 minutes, drain, and mix them with the pasta sauce, add the cheese on top, and pop it in the oven! That’s it!"
