All of these recipes have a VERY high salt content...in adapting them to reduce the sodium, the prep time is lengthened considerably. Forgot to check the publication date, but many of the ingredients are beyond my budget. Most of these recipes rely on cheese and creamed soups...again not adaptable for the lactose intolerant. The serving sizes....most of these recipes, as written, would feed 2 in my 6 person household...not for us...was hoping for some ideas that I could use.
