Thanks for a great zucchini recipe. I love to save zucchini recipes because when it gets to that certain time in the summer, I have lots of zucchini to use! We love zucchini, lasagna, and any beefy, tomatoey recipe. I will make this later this summer. We will enjoy this meal with a side salad.
